I have assisted numerous clients in purchasing and selling property on the Outer Banks over the past 10 years. My favorite past times are Beachcombing for that special piece of sea glass, horseback riding through Kitty Hawk Woods, surf fishing on the beach, and viewing the fabulous sunsets over the Albemarle Sound from my waterfront home. I am not a true native, but have had the luxury to have been raised up on the Outer Banks. Over the years, I have seen a lot of changes to our area, but the fact remains our pristine beaches, great fishing, family friendly atmosphere and a genuine hospitality shown among the locals makes our area an enjoyable place to visit and live.
